David S. Silverman, Esq. David S. Silverman received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University. He received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and United States District Court. Mr. Silverman is a member of the Passaic County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Silverman has extensive trial experience in both jury and bench trials. He has also served as a neutral arbitrator in Uninsured Motorist cases as well as serving as plaintiffs' arbitrators. Ms. Roedel began immediately working for a personal injury firm after graduation and has remained in the field ever since. She became partner in 2004.
