Loved it here!! Will totally be back! All the staff extremely happy, informative and funny. Was in and out so quickly whereas the last dentist I took my daughter to, we waited in the waiting room to just be seen longer then this whole appointment! Totally recommend it!

I took my daughter to another dentist where she had X-rays done, they told me she was missing about 8-10 adult teeth but I couldn't believe that to be true. I also had some other concerns about tooth pain, grinding her teeth, TMJ, ect. None of my questions were answered and I left extremely nervous about my daughters future of possible NO FRONT TEETH? So we went here after much recommendation even though the trip is a 40 min ride. Five seconds after being there I knew it was a place we would be back to! The staff were all extremely happy and helpful. They immediately put my mind at ease and showed me on properly done X-rays that my child has all her adult teeth!!! My daughter was extreme anxious prior to getting there and all the staff including the dentist out her anxieties to rest and she left smiling ear to ear! It's well worth the drive for that kind of experience! I would drive double that if I had to just to see everyone at this amazing place!!!

Our son has been a patient for many years. Dr. McDonald and his staff have the training and knowledge to deal with special needs children. Noreal is one of the best hygienist that we have seen. Dr. McDonald is one of the best pediatric dentists in Central New York. Come check out his new location!

My daughter and I love going to see everyone at the dentist. My daughter has Asperger's Syndrome and is normally very anxious going to different places. She can't wait to go to the dentist!!! We live 2 1/2 hours away and they always accomidate us. They have fit us in on the same day for work that needed to be done to avoid another long trip in the car. A big shout out to Dr.Tenniswood and Dr. McDonald for making our trips lots of fun and doing excellent work!!!!

The staff is AMAZING!!! My youngest son has high anxiety about the dentist. By the end of the visit we have to carry him out cause he doesn't want to leave. My mischief just had fillings filled today and he never knew the dentist was doing anything. This practice is absolutely amazing!!

This Dentist office is Fantastic! They are now located at 713 Pierce Rd. in Clifton Park. My kids love the new building. Dr. McDonnell is AMAZING!! He not only makes sure your child is comfortable but makes sure the parents are informed and comfortable with every step of the procedure. The assistants are great too. Amanda Brooks

The staff is amazing! Check-in is quick! They know exactly what to do when ur child may be uncomfortable, crying. We have always had a great experience with Smile Lodge and it may be a 1.5 hr drive but it's worth it. Also u can be there every step with ur child, unlike most dental offices u can't be in room or nothing. Thank u for having an amazing staff that care!!!!Alycia, josh and Kaydence Carrington

Another place wanted to put my daughter under just to have one tooth pulled and a few cavities filled. Dr. McDonnell told us he could get everything done in one visit without putting her under. Today we went and had the work done in 30 minutes and Dr. McDonnell connected with my daughter, made her laugh and she felt very comfortable. We love this Dentistry and now my daughter is finally comfortable going to the dentist.

I just wanted to say thank you so much Dr. Mcdonnell!!!! I just recently took my six year old for some fillings and I have to say what a wonderful experience my daughter and I had. We would highly recommend Dr. Mcdonnell he was very professional and caring towards my daughter. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr McDonnell. My 5 year old was referred here to get a filling from my regular dentist and Dr McDonnell even fitted me in same day so I didn't have to do another trip as I'm almost an hour away. His ability to calm children - and anxious mothers - is amazing. The whole setup is designed to make children very comfortable. All the staff were great. Would highly recommend and would definately come here for regular checkups if only I lived closer. For those that live in Clifton park - you are so lucky!

I cannot ever say enough positive things about Dr. McDonnell and his staff. My experiences with him have always been so very positive and he made it so my kids didn't hate going to the dentist. We left Dr. McDonnell when his Saratoga office closed. That was the BIGGEST mistake of our lives! But even after we left (and we only did because of his office being in Clifton Park), he took my now 17 year old daughter in on what we perceived as an emergency. She was getting her braces off after 2 years and we knew she had a cavity on a front tooth. Her PRIOR dentist wouldn't fix it even though we had appointment to do so! Needless to say my daughter was heart broken and I was beyond angry. We called Dr. McDonnell's office in a panic and they took us right in that day, and I even believe he worked straight through his lunch to fix it. I cannot express my gratitude and respect for Dr. McDonnell and his staff. They go way above and beyond. I'm sad that my kids have aged out of his practice.

AMAZING experience! I brought my 5 year old son today for cavity fillings.We were in and out in less than an hour. Dr. McDonnell is amazing with kids and very informative and sympathetic to a Mom's emotions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

My children been coming to this office since they were old enough..We moved to GlensFalls,we still come to this office,because we <3 <3 our Dr.s.... Today my son had four teeth wiggle, plus spacers put in..He was a little nervous,but with Dr. McDonnell's sence of humor,my son was relaxed in no time! Thanks to the Dr.s and staff my children enjoy coming to the dentist!!

Love everyone in the office! They are very accommodating for appointments for all five of my kids and very patient with them all! I tell everyone I know to bring their kids here. Wish they treated adults too! Excellent, efficient and always cheerful!

Great with the kids! Very fast with the tiny ones, so they are not tortured. :-). Easy to talk to and understand. Patient with difficult patients.

My daughter who is three had to have 4 crown put on yesterday and it was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. They were great with her. Our appointment time was at 7am and we were completely done and on our way home by 845. I had to call in today with a concern and they were great and very friendly with answering my question and giving me advice. I will keep going there and they are an hour drive from my house.

The only problem I have with this office is that you wait 7 to 8 months to get a regular cleaning appointment. WHAT HAPPENED TO EVERY 6 MONTHS? Other than that my kids love to go there. And well let me tell you when they gave my child liquid versed he was a totally different person calling the Dr. names and they just put up with it. They are always smiling and always very informative. Some of the office staff could smile more especially at check out. She may have been a team leader, according to her name tag, but she needed some leading herself.

My son had a very traumatic experience with two different dentists. It took lots of pleading to get him to want to go anywhere else. I brought him to Dr. McDonnell and WOW even getting a tooth pulled he loved it there. With the Dr's great sense of humor and his singing and making my son laugh he absolutley loves it there! Thank you for making him feel comfortable and making him actually love going to the DENTIST without judging and just teaching about good oral hygeine!! M & R Russo....
