Originally made a reservation with the one in Eastpointe & when we got there to pick up a car, only then were we informed that they didn't not have ANY & they might have one later today......NO help offered what so ever!!! Made a call to this location & Curt was very helpful, friendly and what I would consider an amazing customer service person!! He told us that he did not have any cars in the economy class that we needed but was expecting some in around 4:00pm. Told me I was first on the list & would call me as soon as possible. He called at 3:30 to let me know that they got one in & sent a driver to come get us too. THANK YOU Curt, You rock!!! ~Cheri

This place is horrible and I highly suggest you use a different location. Car had all kinds of problems and was filthy. The building is dirty and the employees rude. Charged my card twice more AFTER I returned the car and keep saying the money will post back but still has not. Don't go here...you will lose, lose, lose and have little recourse.

I was in a pinch and needed a car fast. I called Hertz and got put on a waiting list and was promptly called back by Dwight and he was very friendly. A man named Mike picked me up and was very courteous. I got to the location and was explained all their procedures and made my choices based on their information. The car i got was clean and washed and smelled great.I just want to say that if there is a choice for your car rental needs i recommend Hertz.
