I was a patient at Preferred Chiropractic. There were several scheduling errors and when I called to have these errors corrected, I was met with rudeness. I was repeatedly interrupted and spoken to with a smart alec attitude by Crystal. I also inquired about the charges for services since I wanted to keep a tally because this was being paid through my automobile insurance medical payments. I went in today for an adjustment and services, and after the treatment, Dr. Bali had the nerve to tell me the charges were not my concern. Excuse me but I paid my insurance premiums and as a patient I am entitled to know everything that is related to my medical treatment including the charges. I then let him know how rude Crystal was. At that time, I decided to take my medical payments elsewhere. If you can't be transparent in your business, what are you hiding? Shame on you.
