The Wow factory is an amazing place to go when you want to have fun with your kids, friends or family. The employees are respectful and are always willing to help others in need. The Rock Wall is gneiss, The Lazer Tag is a blast and the Ropes Course is awesome.The facility has high quality arcade games with video redemption games. I would highly recommend anybody who likes to have an awesome time then this is for you.

I was a first time guest today with my 2 kids. They had so much fun I couldn't get them to leave. At first it does seem pricey but then when you realize its the price for the whole day, you cant beat it. I wont be able to come every weekend but I think a once a month treat for my kids. The staff were very friendly and someone was always picking up any garbage that was around.

I come here all the time. Great place for kids. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The place is very clean unlike other places. The only thing I didn't like was yes they are a bit pricey but its worth every penny because of the great staff and service. I do agree with the comment below the manager doesn't look nice at all. She doesn't dress professional and looks like a parent not a "manager" she was even wearing flip flops one day when I came in with my son. But all around a good place to visit with your kids young or old. (:

Pros:The staff is extremely helpfull and sweet,Clean,FUN. Cons:The Manager wasn't very "nice" looking and prices are quite high.
