      We are a school of Cosmetology. We educate those who wish to be licensed according to the guidelines set by the State of Michigan to do hair, skin and nail services in a licensed salon. We also perform many of the same services you'd receive in a salon at a reduced cost as the students are in a learning environment. Description We provide service same as a salon at a discount price for the purpose of education for our students.**ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY SUPERVISED SENIOR STUDENTS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A LICENSED INSTRUCTOR.

      great cosmetology school

      Great school with a great staff. They really prepare their students for the real world. I would highly recomend this school!

      The prices are great, yes but ...

      The prices are great, yes but the staff aren't so much. The students are made to go to school sick or be suspended. There is no one out here who wants sick people working on them in anyway. They withhold their school funds, until they see it fit to give them alittle to buy what they need to go to school. This place is probably the worst school anyone could ever enroll in to try to learn this trade. My personal opinion, I would NEVER refer anyone to go here, along with being unprofessional, its not a well kept school, or NOT very well controlled or ran.....

      The Salon Academy helped me to...

      The Salon Academy helped me to be able to live my dream of becoming a Cosmetologist, and were helpful in preparing me for my first job. The teachers are great and really care about the students, and make sure you have all the skills you need for the real world. Very pleased!
