I'm so sorry to have to inform you but we won't be back there. My husband waited in the rain for 45 minutes, then we waited inside for another 30 plus minutes to be seated. After we was seated we waited another 30 plus minutes with no service. The hostess said something to the waitresses three times. I said something to one of the waitresses. She told our waitress we hadn't been waited on yet and was requesting for service. The waitress came to our table and her words to us was " what do you want to drink" . I asked her to give me one second. My husband was very upset. He felt like he was discriminated against because he had long hair and had a bandana on his head. Then I was told I was going to get the $50 gift certificate i had won. Plus another gift certificate. But I only received 2 $25 gift certificates. My husband and I are very upset. I cried all the way home. We drove over an hour to get there. Just to be treated like we were. I have been there several times before with my late husband. This was a special night for my new husband and I. It was totally ruined. Now I can't even eat tonight. Because of Health issues. It is now too late for me to eat. This was a nightmare. Totally embarrassing. We had friends there tonight that seen what happened. People who were seated way after us had already ordered their food. Maybe it was because like the Lady said her daughter worked there. I'm so sorry our money not we were good enough for y'alls service. This totally ruined a very special night for us. Have a blessed night. I called them after I returned home to speak with the Lady at the register. To let her know I messaged her on Facebook like she asked me too. She was ride and hung the phone up in my face. They don't care. They will block you from their Facebook. It's really sad.

Cowboy Jim's Riverside Restaurant is my all time favorite place to enjoy a good meal. It is home to outstanding food and the best service I've ever experienced. The steak is AMAZING.
