      Boring; low inventory of actual bullion investment products (no, I do not want an ancient 19xx coin to have to care for and track the value of, thanks for asking too many times), big push on silver which seems to be a road to nowhere at least as the futures market reads, place seems like a payday lender more than a storefront. Denver or Pueblo for me, thanks.

      I have been going to this business ever since the 90s and the customer service seems to have just become duller and duller over time. The majority of sales personnel there seem to come across as stoners minus the marijuana and the smiley feel good attitude. I could find more flavor in a can of un-salted chicken noodle soup from my local dollar store than out of the personnel at this business. I would expect this type of service from time to time out of a local fast food joint but not from an establishment that deals in coins and precious metals. Every time I enter this establishment I feel as if I am a ghost. There is never any type of greeting what so ever when you enter. No eye contact, smile, hello, etc... it is like you pretty much do not exist. There always seem to be a hand full of people behind the counters not doing much of anything but still to busy to even take the time to acknowledge you. Sad to say I get better customer service out of my DMV & local post office.
