      WE ARE OPEN FOR TAKE OUT! This includes our famous margaritas! Patio Seating is available and we are full compliance as we adhere to strict guidelines on sanitary precautions. A Colorado Springs Tradition Since 1974, Jose Muldoon's has been serving up delicious, authentic cuisine in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Now bringing our food to both sides of the Springs, Jose's is Colorado Springs' locals favorite Modern Tex Mex restaurant. Jose Muldoon's is known for their incredible margaritas, outstanding Tex Mex food, and excellent service. Jose Muldoon's award winning back patio is a wonderful place to enjoy your meal in the heart of downtown. Join us on Tuesdays for 2 tacos for $3 all day.
