      The Law Offices of Pamela Simmons-Beasley, LLC has been serving residents of South Carolina since 1995. We strive to provide all of our clients with high quality bankruptcy legal representation. We understand that filing for bankruptcy is an important decision, and we will take the time necessary to ensure first that you will benefit from the bankruptcy and second, that it is done properly. We will assist, advise, and guide you at every step in the process. Our service philosophy is to treat every client like family, and that means treating you as we would expect to be treated if we were a client. Although we have adequate and competent support staff, you will always have access to Attorney Beasley to answer your questions. Attorney Beasley is a graduate of Emory University ( B.A. 1977 ) and the University of South Carolina ( J.D. 1993 ). She is a member of the South Carolina Bar, South Carolina Bankruptcy Lawyers' Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and American Business Women's Association. In 2008 Attorney Beasley was recognized by the South Carolina Bankruptcy Lawyers' Association for her public service and commitment to the advancement of superior bankruptcy practice. Although our practice primarily consists of consumer bankruptcy services, we provide representation in the drafting of wills. Putting your wishes in writing regarding the distribution of your assets is probably the greatest gift you can leave family and friends. We are experienced in drafting wills which leave no doubt as to the desires of our clients and therefore relieve the anxiety for family members who are going through a very difficult time. Unfortunately, many people who have worked for most of their lives find themselves disabled prior to reaching the age of retirement. We are experienced in helping you to navigate the complicated social security disability system. If you have been out of work for at least a year because of your disability, you have a supportive doctor, and have been turned down at least twice for disability benefits, give us a call. We may be able to help you retrieve from social security the money that you have faithfully paid during your years of employment. Whether you need relief from a pending foreclosure, garnishment, credit card debt, medical bills or the constant harassment from your creditors ; you are working on finalizing your estate plan with a will ; or you need help in securing social security benefits, we can assist you with experienced legal representation.
