      The Columbia Care Center is a 25-plus-bed intermediate health care facility that serves patients in Columbia County in Oregon. It provides a range of respite and hospice care services. The privately owned center offers personalized care plans and organizes a variety of individual and group activities. The Columbia Care Center also provides various educational programs. It is a Medicaid-certified center that features lawn and garden areas. In addition, the center conducts outdoor picnics for residents. The Columbia Care Center offers solutions 24 hours a day.
