- Hair ColorThe Rivertown 1500 hour Cosmetology program will train potential Cosmetologists in the general skill of hairdressing and their practical shop applications. The program includes lectures, demonstrations, student practical and theory work, and written and practical demonstrations. The student will have a great deal of hands on training in a clinical setting. After the first 250 hours of training, students work on the clinic floor under the guidance of our instructors. Rivertown has a large clientele, giving students experience in cutting, styling, perming, hair coloring, manicures, pedicures and all areas the curriculum requires.

- ManicureIf you have the desire to work in the growing industry of Nail Care, the Nail Technician program at Rivertown is for you. Our 600 Hour Program is designed to prepare the student in the areas of nail structure, diseases of the nails, manicure techniques, nail wraps, tips, gels and acrylics, nail art, pedicure techniques, along with salon ownership and salesmanship.

Upon completion of this course, graduates are well qualified to work as make-up artists, or even as an owner of a spa or salon. Training is given in body wraps and facials of all types.
