I know they were renovating while I was staying here. I did not mind the walls in the hallways being torn up. I did mind the water that was sitting in my bathroom when I arrived, and the spider that was living in the corner. The shower didn't have a lip or barrier to keep the water from going all over the bathroom floor, which it did, every time one of us four girls needed a shower. The one plus was the shuttle to and from the Columbus Crew Stadium. I was also charged an additional 12.70 after I left Columbus, and each time that I call to inquire about it I am put on hold for 10+ minutes before I decide that what I wish to ask them isn't important enough for their time.

I brought my family down here to stay for a getaway. Was a total waste of $$. The pool was so freezing cld could not enjoy it at all and the hot tub wasnt even hot. I am currently here but ready to leave. The blankets smelled like urine on the beds. Am very dissatisfied. Formal the rate of this hotel should of been better. No refrigerator or anything in the room. I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. I have been to hotels with indoor pools and never has it been cold.

This was a very nice hotel. Most of the staff went out of their way for us, as we had special circumstances..we arrived later in the evening, and the waitress in the dining room kept it open just for us. The rooms were beautiful and had every amenity we could ask for. The only complaint was that the indoor pool water was ICE cold. Other than that, a most pleasant experience.
