      My therapist is great! She has helped me with different body parts. She takes the time to listen and assess the problem, and takes time to explain and answer all questions Her name is Stephanie.

      Physical Therapy with Therapist, Jeanne and Tracy have helped me so much, I can't say five stars is justice for the care and information each one of them have given me in my weeks of physical therapy regime. If you have ten stars, that would be both of them. I am getting better and with their expertise and professionalism, I feel so comfortable with both of them. The big plus is that they both have a great sense of humor which also adds to my healing as I have told them and they have also experience my sense of humor.....which, I believe brings out the best of their profession. Take Care and With Sincere Thanks, Diane, Yes....the Red Haired One.....LOL

      In order to provide care in the most safe and effective manner, John Muir Health is temporarily consolidating our seven Urgent Care Center locations to four as of Friday, March 20, 2020. This change lets us move clinicians and staff to our four largest Urgent Care locations, which allows us to more efficiently and effectively provide care to our community. The four Urgent Care Centers that remain open are: Berkeley Urgent Care (510) 985-5000 Brentwood Urgent Care (925) 308-8111 Pleasanton Urgent Care (925) 224-0700 Walnut Creek Urgent Care (925) 296-9000 For ongoing updates and information about COVID-19, including how to access care, please visit the John Muir Health website.

      Visit an urgent care center if you have mild to moderate symptoms such as: Joint and muscle pain Rash Abdominal pain (mild to moderate) Urination concerns Headache (mild to moderate) Minor cuts Ear pain Sore throat and sinus pain Cough and fever Go directly to an emergency room if you have severe conditions such as: Difficulty breathing Unconsciousness Severe bleeding Poisoning or suspected poisoning Chest pain or pressure Moderate to severe burns Convulsions or seizures Serious head, neck, or back injury Loss of limb or obvious broken bone Severe abdominal pain (fever or vomiting) Make an appointment with your primary care doctor for conditions such as: Chronic pain Chronic disease management Physicals
