      I am always nervous going to dental appointments no matter how may times I've been to the same one; so, going to a new dentist is worse for me. Coppell Modern Dentistry, Dr Sambaraju and the dental hygienist Courtney relieved my worries by being friendly, professional and caring. Every step of the process and treatment today was the best experience for me at a dental appointment. I will definitely return for my next treatment when ready.

      I thought we'd already settled on our opinion as a family of Coppell Modern Dentistry when we went to get regular cleanings and such they went above and beyond to just being kind, reassuring and explain everything thoroughly. They also explained to us that myself and my husband, due to lack of visits because of busy professions and family life, that we needed some quite expensive dental work done that we simply did not have the finances for at the moment. I should add that we'd been to a couple of other dentist offices a few months prior and they quoted us prices well above what Coppell Modern Dentistry quoted us. Still, with hectic schedules and little flexibility in our finances, we were unable to complete the work that we needed.

      That is until I received a call from them this morning advising me that they do some drawing within their office every once in awhile and my husband's name was drawn to receive his care for free on a certain day! My husband needed the most work done and was in danger of his issues getting progressively worse if they weren't addressed.

      I have never been so happy and relieved and gratefuly!

      Thank you Coppell Modern Dentistry! You really are amazing. All of you. I hope you know how much your kind words, caring demeanor and extra things that you do for your patients do not go unnoticed, even though the negative sometimes make it on these reviews moreso than the positive. You guys keep doing what you're doing. God Bless you.
