Mr. Alex Rochell P.E. was hired by our condo board to perform a Peer Review of our engineer's construction report. His review was concise and to the issues of the scope of work suggested by our engineer. He was completely unbiased and ethical in his report and was graciously willing to give his time to come and speak to unit owners giving us all a better understanding of how to go about contracting for the enormous scope of work suggested by our engineer. He was easy to understand and polite listening to everyone and giving us the best possible answers he could under the ethical guidelines of his presentation as a Peer Reviewer. Unfortunately since he was hired in this capacity he cannot now act as our engineer as he informed us.
