If I could give them Zero Stars, I would. They are lucky I have to at least give them 1 star. Horrible customer service! Incapable of providing prompt follow up. We were recommended by our home builder so we thought they might be reputable. WRONG! They installed surround sound speakers that did not even match! Then when we asked that the covers all match in color, 2 months went by and still no call. I finally called them and was told, "Oh, we didn't know who these covers were for. I'm glad you called us because we lost your phone number." I was put on hold for a few minutes and then was told they must have already sold those covers because they're no longer in the warehouse. He had to order more and would call me back with an install date...still another 2 weeks went by and no call. I called again and was told someone would call me back. Again, no call back so I called the next day and everyone had gone home for the day! Seriously, they can't even get their own lies straight!
