Paul Smith is a good businessman and a class act - willing to help with what I want and need rather than just what he can sell. I went in needing repair on a non-Beltone product and he took care of sending it in to the factory and gave me a pair of Beltone loaners with no questions asked. When I asked what I owed for the loaners he just said a handshake. I will definitely ndo busin ess with him in the future.
