I was amazed how quickly Elghazi, Fares MD Cured my BPPV after a head injury. I stayed in the hospital 5 days with specialists telling me it could take half a year for my dizziness to go away. It was worth the wait!!!

Do not make an appointment with this doctor unless you have nothing but time on your hands. Staff books multiple appointments for the same time frame. I went here yesterday with my sister who is just out of the hospital. Apt was for 3:30, but they asked us to show up 1/2 hour early to fill our paperwork. At 4:45 I asked how much longer it would be as my sister was about to pass out. There were still 5 patients ahead of her! We left.

Have some compassion on your patients, please! Other doctors' offices manage to book appointments accurately.

Staff are uncaring, rude and unprofessional. I've been trying for a week to have staff call my insurance for authorization. All I got are excuses, the person handilng insurance is either busy or unavailable. Whenever I call, staff will say to call back in a day or two, or staff will say we will call you back. The problem is they never call me back. Today, I called again, spoke with Amanda. I ask her if she can help me. The same excuses and I ask if there is someone that can help me. Her response was "No one can help you" I've never been treated so bad by a medical staff like this. If we switch roles and Amanda was the patient and the staff tells her "No one can help you" I wonder how would she feel.

Dr. is very thorough, knowledgeable, caring...he and his staff work with you and your insurance company to make certain treatments are available to you and covered...he is very professional and office is clean....very greatful I was referred to Dr. Elghazi

Dr. Elghazi is extremely professional. What I liked best was that he took the time to sit down, explain things, ask questions and really identify and understand my complaints. He aggressively sought the answers to my problems and in the end gave me an excellent and well thought out referral, that was exactly where I needed to be to take care of the problem.
