Here's how your employees benefit too: Aflac insurance complements your major medical insurance, to help you create a more attractive employee benefits package: Our policies are designed to provide cash benefits to your employees if they become injured or sick. Employees are paid directly (unless they choose otherwise), usually within four days, to help cover expenses such as rent and child care, and expenses not covered by major medical insurance such as copayments and deductibles. With Aflac policies there are no deductibles, copayments, doctor networks or pre-authorization requirements. Premiums can be paid with pre-tax dollars through a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan.
