I had a horrible experience. I went this December for a Vitalize Chemical peel and my face was terribly burned. the very next day my skin on my face was peeling and leaking water, I could not touch my face or even wash my face with cool water. I went in to the Aesthetic Laser Treatment and they offer to sell me some moisturizing cream to help with the burns on my face. I couldn't believe they were trying to make more money of me after burning my face with the chemical peel they had just giving me days earlier. I decided to leave it to the expert and called my dermatologist who agreed with me that they should of done more in taking care of the savior burn on my chin, cheeks, forehead and nose. Weeks went by and no one from the Aesthetic Laser Treatment Center never called me or offer me any treatment of attention to help and cure the burns on my face and now burn scars all over my skin on my face that I have been left with since then. I have called them, emailed them and they have done nothing to help but offer to sell me products. Till today I receive a private call from a nurse by the name of Theresa, telling me not to go by their office anymore or they will have me remove. SMH... Did they forget that they own me $150 in services that they have not completed? Terrible customer service and terrible services. I have never meet this Theresa nurse lady or even hear of her name. This place is unprofessional, unethical, and the Health Department of Rhode Island should pay them a visit ASAP! I'm thankful that I did take pics and that my dermatologist did too as well as that I kept records and copies of all receipts.

this place was awesome! I used to get awful ingrown hairs and now I don't have to worry about ingrowns or shaving. I called so many places in RI and this one seemed the most friendly. They were so nice and patient because I will admit the treatment was a little pinchy. I defiantly recommend this place!
