Had to write this place a review after having a terrible experience at another nail salon. Never again will I stray Park Avenue Nails Salon. This place is awesome. The people are sweet and it feels warm in there instead of the usual unwelcoming over-sterile nail salon. The gel mani is the cheapest I can find for the best quality. Also - the color selections are the best.

This is like my tenth time here and in always very satisfied with the service, the manager is so nice. My tech takes her time and is very good. I love this place. Oh and they have complimentary water. Love this place!!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I called for a 3:30 appointment, didn't get in until 4:20. Staff is very unfriendly. The place is dirty. A coupon is offered on the website but they don't accept it because the price is already discounted, why do they bother having a coupon then? Supposedly the regular price is $25 and they discount it to $23 without the coupon, so they don't take the coupon. The guy who did my daughters nails didn't talk to her at all. Part of her thumb nail wasn't painted. The worst nail salon experience of our lives. I recommend spending a little more for better quality and service elsewhere. I will not be going back!

would just like to say that I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner like that before by the so called "owner" when I called today (this morning 4-16) if I was speaking to the owner that was very bad for business!! If you don't understand someone you don't get an attitude with a potential customer and say on the phone with them "Oh My God" n then get loud with me because I called you out about it. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL! I ask for a simple stiletto nail with two colors and asked for the price. I never get my nails done so I didn't know what else to ask for. I tried explaining this to the "owner" but she was getting so loud and speaking over me so I could get a word in. So on that note thank you park avenue nails for showing me your true colors. I will be bring my business else where!!! -Anisha Gibbs

This salon is ok. Do not like the back/neck massage they give you while having nails done. They should ask first if that's something you're interested in, rather they just come up behind you and start. Do not like that. I had 4 different people touching me and was very sore the next day. I should have asked them to stop. Color on toes started to chip after 4 days.

well I like to say that if they're having a bad day you're going to have a bad day we in nails they start talking Chinese in f.:-X you know what the hell they say

I have been a long time customer at this salon. I have gone to others and always come back to this one. They do a great job on your nails and they make every attempt to make you happy. They have remodeled the salon and it looks much better. The building is not what makes it work. It is the nice people that work there. Dede is the best one there. Shirley

DO NOT GO HERE!! Went for eyelash extensions and was horrified - linen on table was dirty, she put MASKING TAPE under my eyes instead of a protective pad and then when she was done she ripped the masking tape off and left irritation under my delicate eye area! I was left with ALOT of residual glue on my skin under my eyes and she attempted to remove it with a glue remover that is NOT meant for the skin so it BURNED terribly!! Lashes were all crossed and looked like a messy unskilled application!! HORRIBLE!

I think that this nail salons is one of the best nail salons i have ever been to. The people there are so skilled and are nice to you even if you act shallow. Thay even try and make conversation with you if you seem bored. I just think it is so thoughtful and sweet of them to be so nice. I love the designs i get and how long my nails actually last. I love it! I like to go there because when i do i always feel so comfortable. Ilove this nail salon!!!!!!!!!!!!
