I have been to a so called Medical facility that puts the almighty dollar before the health and well being of a patient. This place wants you to give them a credit card number to go on file before they will see you. Not every one has a credit card so if you have a Benny card be careful because they add a hundred dollars to cover what the insurance doesn't automatically. This place is a rip off.

Left a message for a nurse at 2pm because I needed the medication I was prescribed due to an allergic reaction. At 8 pm u called back and explained my situation to the front desk and asked if they could help me get into contact with a nurse. I was told that they are separate departments and all she could do was transfer me to the nurse's station, a phone line that never gets answered! So now, it's 10pm and the clinic is closed and I am without meds and in a lot of pain! This clinic lacks professionalism and quality care!

They take to long if your in pain don't go there more like slow care

2hr wait every where else just to get seen. In and out on less than that with stitches! Very friendly and professional

Dr. Romano made sure that I was seen for follow-ups..etc. He is a great doctor and knows his stuff! With the many times that I have visited the facility, I was checked in, seen and on my way within 30-45 minues...never a long wait! I give this facility and Doctor Romano 5 stars.

I went there for an tooth I believe is infected. Being Sunday I couldn't get an appointment with a dentist. All I needed was an antibiotic but was told sorry you will have to go to the hospital emergency room. Funny how people in the business of helping people won't. I guess it's all about the money. On the bright side there was only 1 person in there, compared to the 4 hr wait I now have at Kent. I will pray that God puts it on your hearts that you will start helping people.

First time there today. Service was fast, cheerful and efficient. They were amused I wanted to GO to work, not get out for two days with a sore throat! I'm impressed.

highly recommend ! Three words describe the staff, Compassionate, Empathetic and Friendly. Oh,professional too! I've lived in Las Vegas and R.I. and been to many Treatment/emergency centers (unfortunately) . Here, in R.I. at Miriam Hospital, brought in with severe abdominal pain only to be Yelled At by the waiting-room technician who assumed I was "acting" to get in sooner than other patience. Turned out to be GALLSTONE PANCREATITIS. At Garden City Treatment Center I was brought in with pneumonia and the Dr. had me rushed to the Hospital from there. Before leaving he asked if I would return once released from the hospital just to stop in and let them know how I made out!! Besides their sincerity the doctors are well skilled and professional. This facility is very clean and I've never waited for more than half hour to be seen by a Dr............... Five Stars for GCTC

I just went to Garden City Treatment Center for the first time today because my 2 year old daughter was sick. I am absolutly IMPRESSED with the clinic and staff! The greeting receptionist, registration receptionist, nurses, xray and dr's were fantastic and so wonderful with my child. I have been a medical recptionist for 7 years and to be totally honest, this clinic is by far the best I have seen! My daughter received such wonderful treatment and attention that she didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for the excellent care you all provided!

Very rude at the reception desk. Person at the desk spoke to patients like she was superior to them. I walked out because I am a nurse and people who don't like to deal with the sick and/or injured on a daily basis should find another job. I'm not sure how she has kept her job if she is this rude to everyone!!!

excellant service on a late sunday night visit in and out quickly,open till 9pm! these guys Rule, we had a great doctor (dr Romano) I'm sure thay are all great! nice staff at the desk also, what more can u ask for, definetly a 5 star for u guys from me and the little ones gave a thumps up too! lol thank you very much. They claim to be an emergency room but when I went with an infected cut, they said they couldn't treat me, that I need..an ER! then charged me for the appointment! Billing person wouldn't acknowledge that they charged me without providing any treatment! She said the charge was for the expertise of the doctor! Funny...an expert because he can't treat me. Literally 2 minutes later, on my way to the hospital. Ridiculous!

I had a cold for about a week, but couldn't get in to see my doctor, so decided to give Garden City Treatment a try based on several recommendations. They were very professional, conscientious and courteous - not to mention the fact that I was in and out of there within an hour and on my way to the pharmacist with a prescription!

I have been there for Migraine headaches on a few occassions, The care I received by the md as well as the Nurse named Sue was awesome. She was attentive to all my needs and even hugged me on the way out. I highly reccommend this center.

I have been here several times within the past 5 years and they are always very helpful.The nurses even entertained my daughter when I went in for x-rays.Unbelievable staff and professional care!(waaaaaaaaaay better than the warwick mall walk in)
