Terrible customer service, my son has been deployed at the last minute with three days to prepare to leave the country for 9-12 months. he reached out 3 times to close this account. It was never done. He sent me an email stating this was still not done and that they are charging him $3 a month if not closed.

I called customer service to see what we could do to avoid this. I ended up talking to a supervisor in customer service, Linda Rice. Who never tried to say ok I understand he is fighting for our country and I can’t give you any information on the account but I will take a look and make sure he is not charged anything while he risks his life for his country. She only told me she know someone in the army that could call out so my son could do the same. I told her he was in the field with no contact to phone or internet and she said there is nothing she could do because how could she believe what I’m saying. It is an account with no funds in it and getting a monthly charge
