Great service!! For the exterior of our house, Jordan gave us a detailed estimate showing everything that he priced including repairs of the weather damaged door frames. Price was very reasonable. His crew was very professional, and clean. At the end of every day, everything was stacked neatly and the area cleaned before they left. And at the end of the job, the crew foreman asked us to walk around with him and be sure that everything met our expectations.



Very impressed with the whole experience. We will be using them again to start painting the inside of our home soon.

We've been in Dunwoody for 25 years, and have used several paint companies. I'll never use anyone else again. J&J did a perfect job inside and out at a very reasonable price. Jordan and his crew were always friendly, and completely trustworthy. We left them at the house painting whenever we had to go out, and felt completely safe. They repaired rotted wood, railings, and any damaged areas in the siding and trim, and left the place looking new again. They were neat and organized, and labeled my left over paint. Jordan followed up a few days later to make sure everything was good. I definitely recommend J&J.

It is tough to find reasonable prices for a quality job when it comes to painting the exterior of your home. J&J representatives, Jordan was our contact, are professional, care about the job, they are reasonable and I had the feeling that they cared about my house as if it were their own. I needed some repairs done to my exterior deck and fence. I called J and J with a time frame in mind. Jordan, the owner, came out right away and gave me a quote. He was able to complete the project in the time I needed.



During the process he came and over saw details that I wouldn't have seen and made sure that they went above and beyond my expectation, which is hard to do. When they started adding lattice under my deck and I noticed they were doing it wrong, he was on the spot to correct it even though it meant hours extra of back work. I was more than satisfied and would/have recommended them to my friends and family.

I have referred J&J Painting to my friends and family as we have been more than happy with their work over the years. After seeing many fly by night painting company's out there, who give quotes on the fly, I called Jordan, who came out, walked the properyy and gave my husband the most thorough well written, detailed quote he had ever seen. They painted our home's exterior and Jordan came out several times to follow up throughout the process to see if we were happy. My neighbor, mother and several of my friends have used J&J and were sooooo happy with the level of service and the quality of their work. Since painting our exterior 2 years ago, they have now done interior work for us, and just added iron ballisters to two stairways to update our home. We will also be having them paint our home on Lake Burton. I can't say enough about this company, but most importantly the owners, Jordan and Jordan, who go out of their way to ensure that the job is perfect and that the customer is happy. My husband is an engineer and is finicky, so it is no small task to please him... He wants the job done right and we have never been disappointed by J&J. We will be customers of theirs for life, and don't have any qualms about recommending them highly.

There were numerous issues with the work done by J&J Painting of Georgia. For starters, they used flat paint when we had discussed using satin. There was also a lot of missing and splitting caulk and peeling paint in many, many locations on the house once they were done. The level of care that was given to my property was negligible at best. They got so much paint on places that it shouldn’t have been, such as my front porch, walkway, driveway, new deck, shingles on my (less than a year old) roof, and even the keypad for my garage door and door mats. They came out a second time, but did not resolve all of the issues even though I provided them with a detailed list. Additionally, the big issue remaining was the paint they got on over 30 shingles and a gutter they damaged. Paint cannot be removed from shingles without damaging the integrity of the shingles so they will all have to be replaced by a roofing company, not a painting company.

I sent one of the owners email after email explaining the issues with the damage they caused to my roof shingles and a gutter and the required repair. I offered for him to come and see the damage for himself and forwarded an estimate I received from a roofing company. He never replied. I took the matter to the BBB, and he finally replied there knowing that a non-reply is an automatic F-rating. However, he attempted to deny that his crew caused the damage and tried to blame a contractor I had doing some work before they pained who never once had a paint brush in his hand. In one of his BBB responses, he copied and pasted a thank you email I sent to his field manager, but he intentionally deleted the middle of the message where I said there were still issues.

He continually skirted the real issue of the damage his company cannot repair by offering to come out and fix paint problems (which I was not requesting). In the end, he refused to refund me the amount it is going to take to hire a roofer to repair the damage caused by his employees. I definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
