I have the car serviced last week and I wanted to post my feedback for your excellent service. everything was above expectations! I want to mention the friendliness of the service advisers (Kyle, Perla), professional repair done and suggestions, for a fair price, not being asked to do extra work without being needed (most shops would take advantage and scare the customer). Plus Perla found options for genuine parts but cheaper for Texas, flexibility in scheduling, and not to forget the great advantage of having a very nice loaner. Plus they did a great wash without even mentioning to me. In summary, great customer service, really customized and great technical work. Thank you very much.

Overall safisfied with small paint repair to body (no body work required). Very courteous staff. Took no longer than estimated but we had to call to find out that the car was ready. Probably would have picked it up a day later if we didn't call. Price was fair and competitive. Would come back again and would recommend them.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and the outstanding customer care. I was very impressed that they provided a rental for my use while they had my car for a week. But, the thing that I am really happy about is that my car looked great--not just washed on the outside, but spotless on the inside. AND, of the most important thing....my car handles like it is brand new! Thank you!

I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service Ive received by the whole team. I mostly rely upon Kyle and Perla, but Roger and all the others are always most friendly and ready to assist. I particularly enjoy having the available loaner cars, towing, and very detailed information regarding any repairs needed as well as trying to keep out of pocket costs to a minimum. Its a no problem, not to worry, well handle it for you which puts my mind at ease. I wouldnt trust my BMW or Jaguar to anybody else. The convenience of having Overseas 5 minutes away from my home is great and I do refer my neighbors and friends.

These guys did a great job with the work they did on my car! The paint job they did on the bumper made it appear as if the hit never even happened. Also the parts were fixed and the car seemed good as new. The service advisor Kyle as well as the owner Tony, were great people. They made sure that the job would get finished and done well. I have a 2005 Range Rover and it has been leaking anti freeze for two weeks and I took it to two different places and they said that I have to replace the engine. A friend told me about Overseas so I decided to call and schedule an appointment. A very friendly and helpful service advisor Perla called me back and tolled my truck there the same day. They gave me a loaner car for free. Overseas found the problem, it was only my radiator was leaking and repair it. I save thousands of dollars. Thanks Overseas. I will be a customer for life.
