Bought a Really Nice Suburban from Parks Auto Sales. They were super easy to work with and gave me a great cash deal! I would definitely buy another vehicle from them!

I would like to thank Mr. Bill Parks and his sons. They were very helpful and pleasant. They treated my husband and I very nice. Mr. Parks was great to in explaining the ins and outs to us for first time buyers.

When originally bought vehicles within a week apart check engine light started to come on, advised the owner BUT as of yet still waiting for him to get back with me! Which that has already been worked on, now I am 6 days past due on my payment on one vehicle and called to advise that I would make it on my next pay period to tell one of their sons and apparently it was ok with him TILL I mentioned that I didn't appreciate them disclosing my past due payment with the person who referred me to, his answer was "we were trying to get in contact with you", I've never heard of this and I'm going to look into that! Now they are changing the due date to today and threatening to pick up vehicle if not paid by the end of today. Also apparently they also can't refer to a mechanic that can do my brakes TILL I'm caught up with my payment! If this is how so called Christians run a business then I'd be scared if they weren't christian like! The wife called me right away w/ an attitude she needs JESUS

My husband and I have purchased five vehicles from Parks Auto Sales. After having visited other dealerships and being turned off by dishonest and untrustworthy sales persons, our visit to Parks Auto Sales was a breath of fresh air! I must say this dealership is top notch. WOW.... what an experience, this is not your ordinary dealership. These guys are not only helpful, but they aren't pushy when it comes to helping you choose your car. The first visit we just browsed their inventory, and we were greeted immediately by both Mr. Parks and his sons as soon as we arrived. When we were ready to make a purchase they were very helpful in making sure we could afford the vehicle. They also helped us with a very reasonable downpayment, and connected us with an insurance agent for affordable car insurance. Since they report to the credit bureau we have have both been able to re-build our credit just by making our car payments every week.They are a family owned business and they are all very polite, respectful and helpful. It's also very refreshing to hear KCBI 90.9 playing outside and inside everytime time we visit this dealership. I have no doubts that we will be visiting Parks Auto Sales again!

i thought this was a great place to buy a car but i was wrong when i bought my 2006 trailblazer from parks auto sales the check engine light was on when i asked the owner mr. parks about this he had promised to fix this well after sending me to his mechanic (who only cleared the light off) i told him again he sent me to his mechanic a second time after 2 days the light comes back on and when i tell him i need to get it inspected he sends me somewhere else and they fixed it for only $800 so mr. parks does me a favor and only makes me pay half of it, because he claims it is my fault it didnt get fixed the first 2 times.im a single mother with 4 kids and i had no other transportation to work or to take my kids to school. they are claiming to be a christian family owned company well they arent!!! they take money from people who dont have much and sell them problem cars. its my fault for not getting the promise to fix it in writing but they are wrong for lying to me like they did. would never buy another car from these rip offs!!!!

I have been a customer of Parks Auto Sales for about a year now. They are great people and very helpful. I started looking for a car last year when I was having problems with my old one. I was turned down by many dealerships because I had no credit and no co-signer. Parks was my last and final hope and boy did they come through. They got me in the car I wanted and got my payments at a price I could afford. They actually sat down with me before I made the purchase and went over my budget to insure that I would be financially able to get the car. Mr. Parks even gave me some valuable advice on building and maintaining my credit. They were more concerned with my well being then making a sale, I like that. They even helped me get a GREAT price on my car insurance. I am very thankful to Parks Auto Sale. Car shopping is stressful and they made it just about as easy as it could be. I am completely satisfied.
