The restaurant offers a wide variety of hand-cut and aged Midwestern grain-fed beef, boneless chicken breast, and seafood and shellfish. Its menu includes New England seafood chowder, French onion soup, shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, clams casino, mussels, crab cakes, fried calamari, Thai coconut shrimp, and Cajun beef tenderloin. Chuck s also offers grilled swordfish and salmon, lobster tail, baked and grilled lemon herb shrimp, broiled scallops, and linguini primavera. Additionally, the restaurant provides various beverages, such as chardonnay, American sparkling, red, white and blush wines, Champagne, gourmet tea and coffee, rum, bottled and draft beer, and espresso drinks.
