I was impressed the most by Dr. Tucker, the Founder of East Lake Animal Hospital in Danville, Dr, Cooper who just happens to be Dr. Tucker's successor, and Dr. Carbone who is Dr. Cooper's associate DVM are the best! Dr. Cooper and Dr. Carbone always took the time to explain the procedures that they were doing, and made follow up calls on the phone! When I asked, Dr. Jill Bair at Vermilion Hillcrest to call me at home with updates about my Boston Terrier Stony, Dr. Jill Bair said, I cannot call you at home! I told Dr. Jill Bair, but Dr. George Richards always called me at home, then Dr. Jill Bair told me, I do not believe you that Dr. George Richards called you at home about Stony, or your other Boston Terriers, Hank and Brother! Thus if you want the best vet care for your dog or cat, Dr. Cooper and Dr. Carbone never hesitated to call me at home, even in the middle of the night when it was necessary, Dr. Cooper and Dr. Carbone also took my emergency call for Bella, Mitzi, Oliver, Kilgore, and Frodo!
