First off I would like to say that you guys are a Awesome Service. I have used these guys for a long time now. Second i feel that i should respond to that so called one star rating from Brown D. When they give you a eta they give you a real one. If they tell you 15 minutes then that's what it is. If they are busy and tell you 45 min to a hour then thats what it is. They dont tell you 15 minutes like some other cab companies do and then you wait forever. They even text you with your eta and who your driver is. If you don't like the wait time they give you. then call somebody else don't whine about it. You probably left a review for the wrong business or your one of those spammers.

Great job guys. Your eta was spot on. I like the way your company texts the customer with the eta and who the driver is. Its nice to have the info and all the extra touches you guys do for customer service. We will only use your company from now on after trying the other cab companies in town.
