Don’t go here!!!! I clearly made the mistake of believing these reviews and went there today for the first time. Whoever left these reviews are either paid or never stayed around while their fur babies were getting groomed. I called ahead and asked if they could help with one of my dogs nails that got so long that i believed it to be curled into his skin (my fault for not noticing) they said to bring him in. Within 10 minutes I was there and was greeted by this very nasty blonde woman. She immediately tugged my dog out of hands and started clipping his nails right in front of me (never even asked me which was the bad one to begin with) my dog was visibly upset, he is not violent but was naturally trying to break free from her strong hold. She proceeds to YELL at my dog and take him to the back room to get assistance. There is a little window which allows you to see so I watched. She continued to tug at my dog HARD while yelling at him to stay still. At this point I’m in tears and I yelled out to her which nail was the bad one...... she looked over and ignored me. She continued to clip away as my dog yelped. I heard the other woman say he was bleeding. She didn’t think I heard her, she put on something on his nails to stop the bleeding I’m assuming and then threw him on the ground and he ran over to me. I picked him up with my eyes filled with tears and asked if he was bleeding (blood was clearly visible on the coat) she says no. And then says, that’ll be $10. To top it off, I only had a debit card on me and rolled her eyes when I tried to pay with it. I walked to my car and grabbed cash to give to her. This place needs to be shut down.

Fantastic experience. Gail is a lovely woman and the pets adore her. She does excellent work and her prices are quite reasonable. You will not go wrong using her services.

They make my Carin terriers look marvelous every time I bring them in.... The staff is very friendly and I trust that they care of my dogs as if they were they're own!
