Provided by YP.comI gave them a 1 star rating only because they have free popcorn in the lobby, and it made my 4 year old very happy.
Stay far from this dealer. They take advantage of people who they assume have no mechanical knowledge. Then, when you question them (because some of us do know a thing or two, but we prefer to have the work done by a "professional" who will warranty their work), they become defensive and continue the lie by trying to confuse you. The worst part about it is that they flat out lied to me about the amount of time they spent working on my truck. The service woman claimed that they spent 3 hours looking for the short in the electrical system. But I confronted her with the information that I knew that was a lie because we both knew when I dropped the truck off, and I had proof on my phone of the exact time that she called me with the so-called "diagnosis" (it was only 1 hour and 17 minutes after I dropped it off). If they are willing to lie to you about that, I do not trust them, and neither should you. I had my work done elsewhere, and it wasn't a short in the electrical system that they wanted to charge me $360 to find, but rather the electrical portion of the ignition switch, just as I had told them it was. Take your vehicles elsewhere for the safety of your wallet and stress level.

Provided by YP.comBUYERS BEWARE. Bought a new vehicle and have had nothing but problems with it since day one. Dealership not wanting to to stand behind product and pushing it off on Dodge, which is just as BAD. There idea of fixing it is to say it is just not there??? Several other people having the same exact problems.
