I called to find out some prices on certain dental work that I needed to be done and the receptionist was so rude & nasty. Someone was suppose to return my call but they never did. They only seem to be open 2-3 days out of the week. I advise no one to even deal with them.

Midwest dental center is by far the worst place I have been. all they wanted to do was to do deep cleaning. they caused me to miss 1 day of work because they pried too deep when they did the deep cleaning on one section. I refused to let them do anything else. it's all about the money with them!!!

They are the worst dental facility I have ever been too....they do more damage than good .....auto workers please stay away...

Staff is rude and all they want to do is clean your teeth . When you tell the front desk asst. what you will like to have done, they ignore you and still book you for a cleaning.

My family has gone to Midwestern for years. Great dental care and 2 of my kids got braces through them-always helpful and willing to work with us. Great place to go for all our dental needs.

Went in with an abscessed tooth and was denied pain meds. Rude office workers and always atleast an hour wait just for someone to see you. Switching dentist asap.

I purchased a smile saver dental cleaning program (2 cleaning, xray and exam) as a Christmas gift for my son. After making an appointment , xray and exam were completed was refused a cleaning by the dentist stating he needed a deep cleaning ( too expensive) ! I was told it was to late to get a refund. To get a copy of the xray I would need to pay an additional $25.00 so he could get the deep cleaning at a dental school. Help ! This is a ripe off!! Very dissatisfied with this dental center and program!!
