Horrible communication and Don't honor their estimates!! Dropped off my RV for a generator repair. Had to pay $85 upfront diagnostic fee. After removing it, determined the stator needed to be replaced. Estimate was quoted at ~$600. Took 3 weeks and every time I called was told as soon as the parts came in it was an quick and easy re-assembly. 1/2 the time when I would call, they wouldn't call back or no one would answer the phone. Then they found some springs needed to be replaced, but didn't mention any increase in estimate. When it was finally ready after 6 weeks the price was $1600. Of course, if I didn't pay it, they wouldn't release the RV. Not the first time they've pulled this scam.
