They sent out an older plumber (T) to do the job. He was a nice guy, but the problem was-he worked at such a slow pace that he ran up a HUGE bill that was three-four times more than what other plumbers have charged for the same job. Do NOT use this company!!!!

Three hours breaking our wall and concrete floor and then they got a better tool. Put in a cut off switch closer to house when we didnt ask for it. We had a ding in one pipe, but they replaced another pipe too- breaking into the wall with the wrong tool but deny that. Dug a hole much deeper than needed. Hours added of labor when their fault but we paid for it anyway. Never again. Sent a message to them through Facebook with no answer. Left us with two buckets-ours- of concrete debri. What do we do with that?

ABSOLUTE RIPOFF!!!! The owner seems really nice on the phone. He of course won't give you any type of estimate. So he sends out this much older plumber who works at an extremely slow pace and this of course runs up your bill since it is by the hour. Another company did the exact same job in 10 minutes that it took the older plumber to do in an hour and a half. It's just not right at all that they have someone who works at a snail's pace because of age and/or medical issues to run up your bill. The plumber then tried to change a plumbing setup that was completely unnecessary just to run up the bill by $400 over what someone else did the job for. I will never use this plumbing company again and will make sure to share my experience with everyone in person and online. I have always heard they were ridiculously expensive and I should have listened.

Great company, great service. They showed up on time, and were very professional, and even gave me some great advice on how not to let my problem happen again, and things to try myself if it did. Would recomend them to anybody. Nice family owned local business.

They didn't show at scheduled time 10 am, so we called and talked to the manager. He said the previous job was taking longer than expected which was fine and he would call back to let us know when that job was finished. 1 pam and still no call back, so we called and were told they would call us back. Never had a call back, stayed home all day to wait for service.
