Alex and Angel were great on time, quiet and did a superb job cleaned up afterwards

Cesar and Travis came out yesterday to assess my basement water damage. The cleanup is still ongoing, but both of them were extremely courteous, respectful and professional. They explained everything clearly and to my satisfaction, and most of all, they left me with confidence that they knew what they were doing and that my basement problem would be resolved.

Good communication & problem seems to be resolved, however, air test has not yet been performed.

They were thorough and speedily done with the job. They left a clean room behind!

Sergio was very helpful and courteous. He showed up early and worked hard to make sure we were happy.

Colorado Cleanup Services was called to clean our flooded basement. The carpet was soaked and there was standing water for many hours. We thought it was a total loss. They moved the furniture, cleaned all the water, removed the carpet padding, strategically placed several fans and a dehumidifier and within just a few days it was all cleaned. I would highly recommend this company!

Working with CCS was such a pleasant experience! I expected our flooded, moldy, asbestos-ridden house to be the nightmare of a lifetime - boy was I wrong. Ben Davis is incredible and is dedicated to his work. He provided us with exceptional customer service and helped us every step of the way. He worked directly with our insurance company and made sure we got the money we were entitled to. Had we dealt with the insurance ourselves, we would've ended up paying for the majority of the cleanup out of pocket. Ben and CCS managed to get it covered at 100%! they were extremely professional and informed me about everything that would be done and why. Which is something that you don't find much anymore. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Sergio was great. I had a repair man who flooded my laundry room which is upstairs in my house and had wet carpet as well as water comming out of my light fictures in my kitchen and dinning room. my call was returned in thirty minutes and they were here in less than an hour. they checked out every and hed me set up to extract the water in less than an hour. He gave me his card said the fans would need to run until Monday be if I had any problems before that to just call him. He really made a bad situation easier to deal with. He was good to his word and on Monday he was at my home by nine O'clock to collect the fans. I still had mosture in parts of the ceiling and he had to cut a bigger hole in the ceiling and made a funnel with plastic to go directly in that area> he left a fan and said he would be back the following morning. He was back today and every thing was taken car of. The services I received were excellent as was the care showed to me for my situation.

sergio in particular was very knowledgeable in explaining the hows of his job. marquell seemed to be his assistant and also did a very good job. both were very respectful, careful in moving my furniture etc. i truely appreciated the job they did and the professional way they went about doing it. thank you very much to all involved. Our first time to use this company and we were very impressed with the experience. They were at our house in under two hours and the techs were very nice. They got right to work and were very polite. We would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

We had a drain overflow in our basement and Colorado Cleanup Services responded quickly. Jon was very professional and answered all our concerns. The entire area was dried and prepped for the next phase, which is replacing the damaged carpet padding and the carpet. Their quick response prevented damage to the sheet rock and trim.
