I live in an old house built in 1903 and was not sure how the floors would come out it I had them redone. I had three different companies come out and give me a quote for the work to be done. Denver Dustless gave me a quote that was in the middle of all the others and agreed to do the same amount of work if not more. The work they did was impeccable and my floors look beautiful. The workers were tidy and professional. Whenever I called they got back to me right away. If I had a concern they reassured me that they would take care of it. I'm so pleased with how the floor turned out. In the rental ad for the house, I used the words "shimmer," and "sparkle." We painted all the walls which refreshed the place, but really, it's the floors and their beauty that prompted me to write those descriptive adjectives. And they're true!

We had a little trouble connecting at first, some miscommunication. But office manager Mendy and I straightened it out, and once we got on each other's schedules, they were fantastic. The workmanship was exceptional, the price was very good.

We needed the wood floors in our rental property refinished, after the tenant with the two big dogs moved. They floors look great! They took the time to offer choices on a patchwork replacement piece I had requested and a transition replacement piece. The character of the old floor shows beautifully.
