      Donor Alliance, founded in 1997, is a nonprofit organization that provides tissue donation and organ transplantation programs and services. It is federally designated by the Department of Health & Human Services and employs effective family approach and recovery programs in more than 100 hospitals in Colorado and Wyoming. The organization focuses on the number of registered organ and tissue donors and conducts active public awareness and educational programs and public relations campaigns. Additionally, it hosts educational booths at public health fairs and community events; registry drives at college and university campuses; and organizes community events, church services, clubs and other engagements. Located in Denver, Donor Alliance is a member of Donor Awareness Council.
