The menu takes on classic sushi offerings, as well as unique globally inspired sous vide dishes all designed to amaze. Selections like the Vanilla Butter Poached Lobster Tail and Scallop Carpaccio, along with an impressive assortment of rolls and raw bar offerings, have positioned the restaurant to quickly achieve notoriety and regulars who keep coming back for world class fare.
