No guarantee :( Not even return call to advise they are full. I drove down w/dog I can't keep and told I have to call ahead. I found a safe, loving home on my own w/no help from this group. I would NEVER recommend them - EVER!!!!!! Attitude was flip and matter-of-fact w/o one alternate suggestions. Too busy having fun on their open house while I struggled w/the dog and supplies. FALSE ADVERTISING!
