I moved my business from New Mexico to Denver. I was told from many people to go to Ralphs and they would help us set up our business. They were more than right! I went to ralphs, they sat with me and my partner and went over our needs. They were not there just to sell me machines. They spent the time with us. They help us with local suppliers and contractors. They introduce us to the Denver design incubator for an additional resources. They also made us custom folders to make the machines they supplied as user friendly as possible. They delivered, setup and gave us the basics on keeping our equipment running smooth. I can always stop by with my application problems and they would help us at no charge. There service and parts departments are the best! You can buy equipment anywhere but you can't make your business successful without a Ralphs out there!

I move my business to Colorado and brought my machines. I contacted Ralphs service and they set up a call and got all my machines running great. They have fantastic staff all very helpful. I you want to start a business need to see Ralphs!

I bought a Kingmax walking foot and love the machine. Its runs smooth and quiet with the servo motor. Its nice i can change the speed to my needs. They have a excellent service dept. and also a parts and thread supply showroom you'll spend time looking. They have things i did not know were available. I have been doing business with this company for over 15 years. I was always impressed with the help and service they have given me. I wanted to write this because i was so impressed with the new Kingmax Servo motor i purchased. It is quite and very easy to operate. I had a clutch motor which went bad so they suggested it. I not one to make changes but i put this motor on my older Pfaff and what a difference i had so much control. I saw other similar motor on the website but this takes the cake. I recommended this motor to all my friends. Hope you take my advice too!

I didn't know this place was here. I moved in from LA and a friend told me to stop by. This place is fantastic they are helpful and they know there stuff. I was getting my supplies from LA but makes know sense when you can walk in the door and pick what you need and go. Though when your there you always fine something else you need. They do everything from Sewing machines, parts and service. Ask them for a tour its amazing. They also have a machine shop and a Design Center. Thanks for everything.......

You need to see this place! I moved from California and been in different sewing shops. This is no place i have ever seen like this. They have equipment, parts, service and a machine shop in three buildings! Plus they have a school for small businesses in helping them in manufacturing. When you walk in the door its another world. I thought places like this were in the past. They have everything available for industrial machines. Parts Machines and Supplies. They have everything on display and equipment you can sew on. Not a few i saw over 50 machines set up ready to go. Very professional people and knowledge people. They have the answer and more.

I walk in the doors and was amazed of the Parts and Supplies they carry. I look into there used showroom not a few but a least 50 machines on display. They have two more showrooms beside that one. I bought my machine into there Service Department and they repair and rebuild they also have a large machine shop. They show me they are making sewing parts and in the future a New Made in USA machine. WOW! I would recommend to support this company. This is a excellent company. I made a mistake and bought a machine from Craiglist. I didn't know the machine i bought was 3 Phase 220volt which is used in factories not in home. Ralph's was able to help me get the right motor 110volt and get me the missing parts and even showed me how to use it. They also sold me additional attachments to help me make my product better. Later i bought a second machine from Ralph's and it was a dream, everything was so smooth. I'm very happy they help me save my business. I will always refer your company.

This is an excellent company to buy products. They sell only commercial machines and sell the right machines! They have all types of different brands and a great parts and thread selection. This company has the largest inventory of Industrial Sewing Machines. You can ask questions and get great quality answer with additional idea to make the right decision on what machine to buy. There equipment is all at your fingertips to try and get outstanding instructions from there mechanics. Not only can you buy the equipment there parts department is to die for!!! They have all the attachments in stock! They also sell hundreds of color of industrial thread not the thread you buy at the crafts stores. Prices are less and you get more! Wow. I ask how they know what people want. They said being in business 35 years you slowly learn the needs of your client which changes as time does. They also gave me a tour of there Machine Shop! I was very impressed with this company. I originally from New York and we use to have many business that supplied sewing equipment and supplies. Of course industry has change and these businesses are gone. When i stepped in to this business it bought me back to the businesses i was use to. This place is fabulous!!!! They deal only in industrial sewing equipment, supplies and have a excellent service dept. There very knowledgable on the older equipment as well as the newer. They have parts in stock!!!! If they don't have it, it takes a couple of days wow! They have over a hundred new and used sewing machines that you can try. They also get many demo machines from trade shows which are new and at prices. I hope they stay in business forever.
