General Info

In moving forward with my ever-evolving private massage practice, i intend to spread the word of the myriad benefits of massage therapy and holistic healing, including herbalism. In my 4.5 years of practice, I have learned the importance of bodily education, body awareness, breathing techniques, full body relaxation, and the power of emotional release. I encompass a wide array of techniques and styles, and only regularly incorporate methods and ideals that provide the best, most efficient results for ALL of my clients. I use a mixture of movement-oriented massage, with Thai-inspired joint range of motion techniques that help the nervous system re-align with its natural healing state, as well as increase general flexibility and proprioception. Outside of massage school, (MTIC Denver 2009) I have absorbed a lot of knowledge and experience from my flourishing yoga practice, Thai massage instructors, and from other massage practitioners.
