Very poor customer service. The salesman was awful. We purchased over $4 k worth of products. Delivery dates were inaccurate. There were no calls or emails confirming final invoice or delivery dates. I had to "babysit" & be proactive just to get any information from them. The products are purchased from the manufacturer so I would suggest you purchase them from another retailer. I would not recommend this company to anyone & have told my friends & business associates not to buy from this company. Too bad because I was trying to support a local business but was very dissatisified

Once a person was able to work with us the service was okay, but I often had to "hunt down" or "seek out" service. We were never greeted or asked if we need help (about 5 visits). The plus is that they have pretty nice displays that give great ideas and they have a fairly decent selection. The negative, poor customer service. i didn't feel valued as a customer.

I was not greeted when I walked into the store, was only helped after someone else who walked in after me, the gentleman who helped me was very sarcastic. I was told the tile would arrive in a week so I ordered it on a Friday, expecting to have it ready for the following weekend, it did not arrive and had to completely changes plans for the person that was going to install it for us on short notice. I had to constantly call them to find out about the expected delivery date. Also, no refunds on "special orders" but any tile that is being bought needs to be ordered. The prices were comparable but poor costumer service! I would rather pay more then go through that headache again.

I had my kitchen done and the service was fantastic! I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone for any remodeling project.

I recently went into the store with my husband on a Saturday afternoon. There was at least three employees sitting in the front at desks, talking amongst themselves. We were not greeted at all when we entered. The whole time we were looking in the back no one came to offer any assistance. We walked passed the same employees as we left and once again we got no recognition. I thought it was extremely rude. I'm not sure if they just didn't feel like working on a Saturday, or because we are young they assumed we don't have money to spend. Needless to say we are taking our business elsewhere!

They made remodeling so easy! I didn't have to shop anywhere else, everything from my flooring to my cabinets were under one roof. My kitchen and bathroom are beautiful!
