Top notch customer service! I was picked up exactly when promised, the door and trunk were opened for me, Chris handled my bags, car was clean and warm, greeting was just enough information about the weather and traffic. Was taken quickly and safely to my destination. Can not say enough good things about this ride. Will definitely use again next time I am in town.

CabTrans took 500 dollars from me and on cancellation they refused to refund, be careful this company isn't as good, be careful with their prepaid services they won't refund your money.

If you order a cab from out of town on their website they don't mention that they will call you to confirm, they just send a confirmation notice. When they do call company doesn't show up on caller id, just a cell number.I don't answer calls from unknown callers. I missed a very important appt. The manager was extremely rude and didn't even attempt to apologize for the inconvenience

Made reservation for early am pickup for the airport. Cab never showed, driver never called, management didn't follow up on email. I called and asked for team cab and the man on the phone said he never heard of it! Email confirmation shows that team cab and cab trans are the same company. When I called back the man said, "ooooh, I thought you said king cab." Play it off all you want, this company is not reliable and un-accountable for poor customer service. One star is as low a rating that YP will allow, they get a big "ZERO!" Shop around and check references!!!

The best cab experience I've ever had! They were there waiting for us at the airport as soon as we needed them, even though our plane came in early. The cab looked just like another car, except the stickers, and it was as clean as a rental or new car. Our driver was very nice and personable. She even made sure she took the shortest route to save us money. She stuck around with us at the garage we were getting our car (it had been stuck in a ditch before our trip because of a blizzard) to make sure we didn't need a ride again, since we weren't sure our car would run. Definitely use Cab trans when in need of a cab in the Des Moines area!

Outstanding. That honestly about covers it. I was looking for a reliable cab service for a girls weekend and came across this company on various internet review services. Every single positive review (all of them are) are accurate. Timely, friendly, cab is clean, accommodating, trustworthy, reasonably priced and safe. I would recommend making a reservation online at their sight or calling ahead to reserve your spot. By the way, our driver, who was Chris, literally took the seats out of the van to see if he could find a lost cell phone. Above and beyond service that I will utilize any time I am in Des Moines.

He picked me up 20 minutes late and I was late to my first day at work. He then expected me to pay. Who's fault was my tardiness? Oh, and the back floor had filthy mud chunks. He claims to be different from most cab drivers, but no.. he's not. Never again.

It was great service! You can trust them to pick you up on time with a super nice car. I couldn't believe they were cheaper and had this nice of car picking me up. My wife even liked it, she said it smelled good inside too. I booked online around 24 hours ahead and left room just in case they didn't come on time. got a email back right away confirming then 2 more follow up emails. One must have came just a little before the car got there because I didn't see it till I was already at the airport. It had all my pickup info in it and it even had the car # and drivers name listed. Anyway the driver called from the driveway 5 minutes or so early.. I will definitely use them next time too! the driver said they are new and all their cars and Vans had leather seats like the one we had.
