I AM A CUSTOMER WHO HAVE A DAUGHTER THAT WORKS THERE, AND EVERYTIME SHE WORKS CLOSING,SHE DOESNT GET TO ACTUALLY GO HOME FOR ANOTHER 3HRS. LONGER IF ITS CHRISTMAS. WHY IS IT THAT A RETAIL STORE STILL HAS EMPLOYEES IN THE BUILDING WORKING AND CLEANING UP 4 & 5 HOURS AFTER THE STORE HAS CLOSED THAT DAYS BUSINESS.



THE REASON IS BECAUSE THE NASTY PUBLIC COMES IN AND THROWS THE CLOTHES ALL ON THE FLOOR. RIPS THE OUTFITS APART AND THROWS THE PIECES WHEREVER THEY LAND. PEOPLE RIP THE PRICE TAGS OFF THE CLOTHES AND STAND IN LINE ANYWAY KNOWING THE CLOTHES THEY HAVE DON'T HAVE A PRICE ON THEM ,SO IT CANT BE RUNG UP WHEN AT THE REGISTER, MEANING THE CASHIER HAS TO CALL A WORKER IN THAT SECTION TO GET THE PRICE OF THE ITEM. IN THE MEANTIME THE LINE IS BEING HELD UP BECAUSE THIS PERSON TORE THE TAGS OFF THE CLOTHES AND IS HOPING TO GET A CHEAPER PRICE. AT THE SAME TIME THE WORKER IS IN THIER SECTION TRYING TO HELP OTHER CUSTOMERS, CLEAN UP DIRTY SHOPPERS MESS THAT THEY JUST THREW ON THE FLOOR AND PUT NEW MERCHANDISE ON THE FLOOR ALL WHILE TRYING TO GET A PRICE FOR THOSE ITEMS THE PERSON AT THE REGISTER TORE OFF THEIR CLOTHES.



AND THEN THE EMPLOYEES AREN'T SUPPOSE TO SAY ANYTHING WHEN THEY JUST CLEANED UP A ROW OF CLOTHES AND MADE IT NEAT AND PRESENTABLE, AND SOME DIRTY SHOPPER COMES RIGHT BEHIND THEM AND THROWS THE CLOTHES BACK ON THE FLOOR. THAT'S BS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE THERE TILL 3&4 IN THE MORNING TRYING TO CLEAN EVERYTHING BACK UP GET IT ALL BACK ORGANIZED COLORIZED AND WHERE IT IS SUPPOSED TO GO ,JUST SO THE DIRTY SHOPPING PEOPLE CAN COME BACK IN 5 HOURS AND TEAR IT UP AGAIN. YEAH SO WHEN THE STORE CLOSES AND THE DIRTY SHOPPERS ARE AT HOME SLEEP JUST REMEMBER THAT THOSE FORMAN MILLS EMPLOYEES ARE STILL AT WORK TRYING TO SORT THROUGH THE PUBLIC'S MESS AND GET IT ALL PUT BACK TOGETHER RIGHT.



THERE SHOULD BE SIGN UP SAYING (BE NICE TO OUR EMPLOYEES AND DON'T THROW THE MERCHANDISE ON THE FLOOR). PEOPLE WILL STILL SHOP THERE BECAUSE THEY WANT THOSE NAME BRAND MALL CLOTHES AT WAL-MART PRICES. THEY WILL JUST LEARN TO SHOP CLEANER.

every time I go into the store on E 8mile there are always long lines, it take a cashier about 20 minutes to ring a order. the store is messy and you have a lot of people walking around trying to look busy. the lines are long. I am the person that will come to the door of the store and turn around and go somewhere else. I have done that also. I am also the person that will tell everybody not to go to this store and take your changs at the other store. my time is very important to me, and I don't think standing in line at one store for over 30min is not a go sign. I will and I have walked out of this store. It need to be cleaned up or closed down if service can't get better. management should be checked into. that store is a joke to the area. they need to clean the store. if you are in a hurry and tink you can just run in and out!!!!!!!wrong go to another store store.
