      Leah McKnight-Haas D.O. is from Newton, Alabama, she graduated from Dale County High School and later graduated from Judson College with a B.S. in biology and minor in chemistry. She went to Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky, and graduated in 2011. Leah went on to complete a Family Medicine residency at the University of South Alabama in Mobile where she was chief resident.
