They kept my car for over three months, always an excuse as to why they weren't working on it. Ordered and received the wrong engine and then kept my car even longer. All this time I was in a rental and they knew this. I was put and left on the back burner. Even prior to this incident, would get excuses as to why things would take so long, i.e., several days versus just one or two, even when you made an appointment. Plus, always seemed to have to take the car back to have it rechecked as things were not quite right. Maybe because I am a woman and thought easy to rip off? If possible to rate them at a minus 5 stars, I would!

I would steer clear of this place because they do not seem to do good work. Have to take the car back several times on same issue. They keep your car forever on even simple repairs. For instance, I made an appointment a week out and was told it would be in and out same day. Went back at end of day and they had not even started on it. It took several days to get my car back.
