WOW AWESOME GYM - i wanted something that i could do day after day. i am turning 50 & wanted to achieve an exceptional physical fitness level for my age. I found the path=> Crossfit Chattahoochee. Steve the trainer is in a class by himself. Excellent & Superb. I can go one with the superlative. Simply go experience it for yourself & ask for the me. I wil still be there working in.
