I went to the pep boys at this location on 10-15-2014 the service I received from Derrick, Shane, and Andrew was AWESOME!!!! I was 4 hrs and 30 minutes away from home and these guys made sure I made it back safely. If it wasn't for them and their great customer service I would have never made it. If you need any repairs done and you're in DULUTH, GA I recommend you go to this pep boys. The guys there are GREAT, VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!! On Weds. 10/3/2012, I came into your store to buy tires. The tires were mounted, wheels balanced, front end aligned. The tires were Handkook, $154.?? each. I live in Buford. Before I got home I realized that something was not right, the steering wheel was vibrating really bad. I could slow down and it would not be so bad at about 45 mph. On Thurs. I jumped I85 to travel to work and once again there was such a horrible vibration. I called and brought the car back on Thurs. for a fix. The tires had to be removed and rebalanced. It is as smooth as silk now. However, I do not understand why one person can balance them correctly and another cannot. It is not convenient for me to come there but I thought I had found the best deal in tires which actually was not it turned out. Being a lady, I was made to feel that they would just appease me but never know about females and cars. Three brothers and a dad taught me early on about such things as balanced tires. I was right.
