Was hiking on the Superior Hiking Trail with some friends from college when one of them got a pretty serious injury and needed to be evacuated from the trail. We called Allied, and they were not only prompt and accommodating, but also expressed sincere concern for our friend's health. Our driver, Sue, was an extremely gentle and kind person who made great conversation with us! Most importantly, she was a great and safe driver. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely call Allied!

Worst cab company in Duluth. Had to go downtown during grandma's marathon so I told him to take 2nd st. The old guy didn't listen and then dropped eff bombs the whole time after getting stuck cuz dt was blocked off. You would think he would have known... Anyways, rude driver that wasn't familiar with Duluth or its annual events.

Very very poor service. I do not know how a company can survive when their clients are treated badly. It starts at the dispatch level and rolls on from there forward. Recently I had a terrible experience from a female driver. Very abusive! I could not get away from her fast enough. When I called dispatch they made it clear that I was the liar and she was great driver. I have been using allied for at least 3 years and recently 3 times a week. I am a good customer. I had great fear and felt threatened being in the car with. I will never call them again

Will never ride with Allied again! Used to take them once in a while but last two times it was a horrible experience. One driver deliberately took a longer route and didn't turn timer off after I made a quick stop so my fare was like $8 over what it should be. Other driver was just a sleazy old guy who made me feel really uncomfortable. His driving didn't make me feel any better about him. I highly recommend you not take them, especially if you are a female alone.

Poor service, they stole my phone, and were very rude.

after searching around and taking diffrent cabs, they are DEF. the best, the drivers are very socialable/curtious, there vehicals are well kept, and they make it a point to take you the fastest/cheapest route, i'll never ride in another cab again!

Used them many times. I like how the drivers were courteous and friendly. Rates were average $1.50

Absolutely terrible behavior from a certain cab driver. Dark haired male with thick mustache verbally assaulted a gas station employee when trying to pay for his gas in change. Made it very clear that he didn't care using vulgar language and acting like a child. I would NEVER call them for a cab. I used to be a frequent customer but after witnessing this behavior, never again.
